Fall Whiskey Sour

Fall is here and we wanted to create a drink that would include flavors which evoke fall. Flavors like maple and cinnamon. We took a classic whiskey sour and tweaked a few ingredients. It’s a little bit of work but well worth it.

Ingredients
  1. 2 oz Bourbon
  2. 1 oz Lemon juice - Fresh is always best
  3. 1/4 oz Maple Syrup
  4. 1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  5. 4 drops Maple Urban Moonshine Organic Bitters
  6. 1 ea Egg
  7. 1 ea Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
  1. Separate the egg white into to a shaker along with a single ice cube. Shake like crazy to start making a nice egg white foam. Add everything else except cinnamon stick along with some ice cubes. Shake, shake, shake then strain into a coupe. Garnish with some grated cinnamon stick and then enjoy!
Notes
  1. Make sure go use good bourbon but the slight sweetness of Makers Mark 46 worked best for this recipe in our opinion.
