One of our favorite spots is opening its third location today in Rancho Santa Margarita. Last night I was invited to a media preview of the new restaurant. Kim and I have been fans of theirs for some time and it is wonderful to see them be a runaway success.

Bruxie’s waffles and there attention to detail are two of their secrets. Another is they pride themselves on using the best ingredients and work to give their very loyal customer base what they want. There are new sandwiches added all of the time and many of these are based on fan input. We have enjoyed many of these over the year, and once in awhile they come out with some amazing specials like the Lobster Bruxie they did for the last Super Bowl.

If you live in South Orange County and have not been to their Brea or Old Town Orange locations you now have one much closer to you and you are running out of excuses. I strongly suggest you check these guys out. You will be glad you did and we would love to hear about your experience!

Here are some of the amazing sandwiches and desserts I had the privilege of trying.
